Sidebar Not Appearing

Symptom: No Opalite sidebar on instagram.com

Solutions:

• Check that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions
• Make sure you're on instagram.com (not an incognito window unless allowed)
• Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R)
• Check if another extension is conflicting

Posts Failing to Upload

Symptom: Post gets stuck or fails during upload

Solutions:

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure you're logged into Instagram in the browser
• Try reducing image/video file size
• Check Instagram's file requirements (max 20 carousel items, video under 15 min)

Scheduling Not Working

Symptom: Scheduled posts don't publish at the set time

Solutions:

• Your computer must be online at the scheduled time
• Make sure Chrome is running (it can be in the background)
• Check that the extension hasn't been disabled
• If your computer was offline, Opalite will retry when it comes back online
