Post Scheduling

How Scheduling Works

Opalite can automatically publish your posts at a scheduled time. No phone notifications or manual intervention needed.

Scheduling is part of the Plus plan ($5/month). Posting right away is free for everyone, new accounts get scheduling free for their first 14 days, and accounts created before September 2026 keep scheduling free forever.

1. Create a new post in the Post Assistant
2. Instead of publishing immediately, click Schedule
3. Pick a date and time
4. Opalite will publish it automatically

Important Notes

• Your computer must be online at the scheduled time for auto-publish to work
• If your computer is offline, Opalite will retry as soon as it comes back online
• A post that misses its time by more than 6 hours is marked failed instead of publishing stale. Hit Retry to publish it manually, or reschedule it
• You can schedule posts, stories, and reels
• View and manage all scheduled posts in the calendar view

Time Slots

Set up recurring time slots for consistent posting:

1. Go to the scheduling calendar
2. Click on a time slot to set your preferred posting times
3. Drag posts into available slots
