By accessing or using Opalite, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Opalite provides a platform for managing AI-generated media through browser extensions and a web dashboard. The service includes:

Chrome extensions for ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok

Cloud storage for media files

Web dashboard for organizing saved media

Image processing (upscaling, background removal)

AI-powered caption generation

Social media posting

Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription Plans

The service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing management portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extensions or server software

Upload or store content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content

Share your account credentials or create multiple free accounts

Use automated tools to access the service beyond the provided extensions

Intellectual Property

The Opalite software, including its extensions, server code, and design, is our intellectual property. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership of our software.

You retain ownership of the media you save through the service. We do not claim any rights to your content. We only require a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Media

The media you save through our extensions are generated by third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT/DALL-E, Gemini, Grok). Ownership and licensing of AI-generated media are subject to the terms of the respective AI platform that generated them. We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated media.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the service or sending an email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
