How do I install an Opalite extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "Opalite for ChatGPT", "Opalite for Gemini", or "Opalite for Grok". Click "Add to Chrome" and follow the prompts. Once installed, the extension icon will appear in your browser toolbar.
How do I connect my extension to my account?
After installing the extension, click the Opalite icon in your toolbar and select "Sign in to Opalite". You'll be redirected to sign in with Google. Once signed in, the extension will automatically connect to your account.
How does billing work?
Opalite offers a Free tier with limited downloads per month, plus Starter and Pro paid plans with higher limits and additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard → Billing → "Manage Subscription". This will open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my media if I downgrade?
All your previously saved media remains accessible regardless of your plan. Downgrading only affects your monthly download limits and access to premium features like image processing and caption generation.
How do I export my data?
Go to your Dashboard → Settings → "Export My Data". This will download a JSON file containing all your account information, media metadata, and usage records.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Dashboard → Settings → scroll to "Danger Zone" → click "Delete Account". You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including your stored media.
Which AI platforms are supported?
Opalite currently supports ChatGPT (DALL·E), Google Gemini, and Grok. Each platform has its own dedicated Chrome extension that captures AI-generated images and videos as you create them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, your media is stored in Cloudflare R2 (enterprise-grade cloud storage), and we never store your passwords or payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
